EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS:

- Reservations are neither refundable nor exchangeable.

- If you booked via our website, exchanges are possible only once, up to the day before your visit, directly trough your Online Account. Simply go to MY ORDERS > select the order, then the tickets in question > EXCHANGE MY TICKETS. PLEASE NOTE: Exchanges are only possible for a day "identical" to the initial booking. For example : If you booked for a weekday, an exchange for a weekend will not be possible. And vice-versa.

VISITOR TRAFFIC & CLOSING TIME : 

- Busy days: Tuesday and Friday / Very busy days: Saturday and Sunday

- Exhibition Closing Time: (Tue: 9 PM / Wed - Sun: 7 PM): Rooms begin to be cleared 20 to 30 minutes before closing time, depending on attendance. This means 6:30 PM from Wednesday to Sunday and 8:30 PM on Tuesday.

PERSONS WITH A DISABILITY CARD : You are entitled to free admission for yourself and one accompanying person upon presentation of your disability card directly at the entrance to the galleries. You have priority and do not need to book online.

GROUP: FOR ALL GROUP BOOKINGS (> 10 people), please contact us, otherwise you risk being refused entry : serviceeducatif@jeudepaume.org (Jeu de Paume reserves the right to cancel multiple orders exceeding 10 tickets).
