The ticket is valid for both exhibitions.

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS : Reservations are neither refundable nor exchangeable. However, an exchange service is available under certain conditions. Please read these conditions carefully before placing your order, as we cannot process your request once it has been placed, regardless of the circumstances.

If you booked via our website, exchanges for these exhibitions are possible only once, up to the day before your visit, directly trough your Online Account. Simply go to MY ORDERS > select the order, then the tickets in question > EXCHANGE MY TICKETS. PLEASE NOTE: Exchanges are only possible for a day "identical" to the initial booking. If you booked for a weekday, an exchange for a weekend will not be possible. And vice-versa. A ticket booked for Tuesdays, June 30, July 28, and August 25, can only be exchanged on one of these three days.

PERSONS WITH A DISABILITY CARD : You are entitled to free admission for yourself and one accompanying person upon presentation of your disability card directly at the entrance to the galleries. You have priority and do not need to book online.

PERSONS WITH A MINISTRY OF CULTURE / ICOM / PRESS CARD: You are entitled to free admission and do not need to go to the ticket office. However, these cards do not have priority access. In case of very high attendance, we advise you to book online. A dedicated rate is available for you.

GROUP (> 10 people) : For any booking of more than 10 people, please contact us, otherwise you risk being refused entry : serviceeducatif@jeudepaume.org (Jeu de Paume reserves the right to cancel multiple orders exceeding 10 tickets).
